Pricing Philosophy / Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Twin Liquors we strive to bring you the best pricing on your favorite brands. We are a local Texas company with national buying power! We work hard to create promotions that are available online and/or in all of our conveniently located neighborhood stores.

This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases at Twin Liquors.

WINE, BEER AND TOBACCO SALES ARE FINAL.

We accept exchanges on liquor and miscellaneous supplies only.
Exchanges must be made in-store no more than 14 days from the original purchase, and must have the original receipt.
Merchandise intended for exchange must be in a saleable condition.
An exchange can only be done for another item of equal or greater value.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, except when an online order is not received or delivered.

Claims for missing or undelivered online orders are subject to review by our store team and/or online customer support team before a refund is issued.

Twin Deals (In-Store & Online)

Save 10% or more everyday when you buy 2 identical bottles of wine or spirits. Twin Deals apply to identical bottles of spirits or wine. No further discount on sale items, closeouts, final few, or mix & match wine discounts. Discount cannot be stacked onto special promotions, competitor pricing or other quantity discounts. Does not apply to products smaller than 100ml.

Wine Discounts (In-Store & Online)

Twin Liquors offers an everyday discount of 15% off 6 or more bottles of wine, mix and match. No further discount on sale items, closeouts, final few, and Twin Deals. All wines 375ml and larger qualify.
