Donation Request

Twin Liquors believes that helping communities is an essential component of fulfilling the needs of our customers. Twin Liquors is strongly committed to supporting the Central Texas community. Twin Liquors supports hundreds of charitable events annually.

• We respectfully request that submissions be made at least 6-8 weeks before your event, but no sooner than 2-3 months.
• Our response turnaround time can vary from 2-6 weeks.
• Due to the sheer volume of requests, we ask to receive and will respond to all inquiries via the donation portal on this page. No faxes, mail or phone requests can be considered.
• We will answer inquires in the order they are received.
• Twin Liquors respectfully does not offer auction items where children or anyone under 21 years of age might be present.
• IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE SUBMITTING THE FORM BELOW || We prefer all requests to use the form below. But, if you are having trouble with it, you may email donations@twinliquors.com with your request. Please include all the info asked in the form below. Please include the name and date of the event in the subject.

If you need to make a tax exempt purchase we will need to set up an account. There is a little bit of paperwork involved so we can be tax compliant.

2. You will need to select a Twin Liquors home store # and know the address Click Here for our Store Locator.
3. Fill out ALL sections, except “office use only” section. Helpful Hint: on the Sale and Use Tax Exemption Certification the description of items  can be as simple as “wine & spirits” and the claim exemption reason can be “we are an exempt organization”. You must sign the form. If you have the most current version of acrobat you can digitally sign. If not, then you must print, sign, scan, save as a pdf.  No jpegs please.
4. Please email forms to customersetup@twinliquors.com with your information.
5. Your account will take up to 3 business days to set up and you will be notified via email with your account number.
6. When we email you we will connect you with the Twin Liquors you select and they will be able to accommodate quoting pricing and product selection.
