Black Key

  • 2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
  • .5oz Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass without ice for 10-15 seconds. Add ice and stir again for 30-45 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large piece of good quality ice and garnish with a lemon peel and an authentic Maraschino Cherry

Black & Ginger

  • 2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
  • High quality Ginger Ale (we recommend Q Ginger Ale)
  • Fresh Lime Wedge
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Pour Mount Gay into a rocks glass with ice (good quality cubes), top with ginger ale and bitters and garnish with a lime wedge.

Treaty Oak Daiquiri

  • 2 oz Treaty Oak Barrel Reserve Rum
  • 3⁄4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3⁄4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Thin lime slice for garnish

Combine Treaty Oak Barrel Reserve, simple syrup and lime juice into an ice filled mixing glass and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime slice.

  • 2 oz Treaty Oak Barrel Reserve Rum
  • 8 oz Dr. Pepper
  • Angostura bitters
  • Lime wedge

Combine Treaty Oak Barrel Reserve Rum, Dr. Pepper and dash of bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir gently. Squeeze lime wedge and drop in glass.

Treaty Oak Mint Mojito

  • 2.5 oz Treaty Oak Platinum Rum
  • 2.5 oz Club Soda
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 8 Fresh mint leaves

Combine simple syrup and lime juice in glass. Muddle mint in mixture. Add Treaty Oak and club soda and stir. Pour over ice.

Treaty Oak Pepperita

  • 1.5 oz Treaty Oak Platinum Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh lime Juice
  • 1 oz Agave nectar
  • 3–4 Fresh jalapenos, sliced

Combine all ingredients into shaker. Shake well for 15 seconds. Pour over ice and top with club soda.
