A Pinot Noir and Meunier dominant cuvee with a pale yellow color. An aromatic nose of lemon and citrus fruit. Beautiful vivacity on the palate, a finish on chalk, and a nice balance. Serve as an aperitif, or with white meat or fish. 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier, 17% Chardonnay. Dosage 10g/l.
