Rose petal red. Aromas of blackcurrant syrup, slow-cooked brisket, cumin and pepper with light floral notes of violet and dry chamomile. The palate is sweet and tart with a fruit-forward attack of black cherry, plum and pomegranate. It's dense without heaviness and has rounded tannins. The finish is juicy and seamless and lingers.
Pairs well with roasted duck peking style with hoisin sauce and grilled lamb with chimichurri sauce.
