Rich golden color and very fine bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, toffee and brioche on the nose. Bright apple fruit on the palate with tremendous minerality. Refreshing finish with a touch of salinity. 100% Chardonnay. Aged 6 months on the lees in tank for additional complexity and texture and aged 15 months in bottle before bottling with no dosage.
