Subtle nose of green apple, quince, lime and minerals. Rich and ripe on the palate with a generous texture. Concentrated and firm on the finish with a nice note of salinity. 100% Chardonnay planted in 1976, wild yeast fermented and aged for 12 months in oak foudres.
