An open nose gives off scents of apples, vanilla, cinnamon and lime zest. On the palate it is rounded and easy to drink, with a fresh, clean finish and good length. Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, exclusively from the clay and limestone soil of Rouffach, lending lots of citrus and yellow fruits aromas and fine structure.
