TASTING NOTES: Classic Riesling with ripe pear and ripe citrus notes. You will also taste a touch of smoke, grapefruit, lemon, herbs, green apple and a hint of fruity sweetness. Smooth and long finish. PRODUCTION NOTES: Grapes had been handpicked through 3rd week of September until 2nd week of October 2017 at 86° Oechsle level. Aged in old German oak for three months.
