Fresh Bloody Mary

  • 2 peppers, spice level is up to you
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 oz Vodka, Gin or Tequila
  • 4 oz Fresh Tomato Juice (blend fresh tomatoes in a blender)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 oz Worcestershire
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Celery Salt
  • Lemon Wedge for garnish
  • Celery Stalk or Cucumber spear for garnish

Muddle peppers & horseradish at bottom of glass. Add all the remaining ingredients except the garnish, and fill the glass with ice. Roll the drink, pouring it a few times back and forth between another mixing glass or shaker tin to chill. Strain the contents on to fresh ice in a pint glass. Garnish!

Tequila Sunrise

  • 1.5oz. Tequila
  • Orange Juice
  • .5oz Grenadine

Add tequila to Collins glass, fill with ice, top with OJ and float grenadine on top.

Super “punch” Bowl

A twist on a Paloma cocktail. This is a fun and refreshing punch that will please a crowd.

  • 2 parts 100% Agave Silver Tequila
  • 4 parts fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 4 parts fresca, tonic or club soda
  • 1 part orange brandy (Grand Marnier)
  • garnish the punch bowl with lime wheels

Place all ingredients into a festive punch bowl with very large ice cubes*

To serve, use festive cups filled with ice.

*to make a large ice cube, use a clean milk carton. fill with water, freeze and tear away carton when ready to use.

Deconstructed Sangria

Fill shaker with ice
1.5 oz. silver tequila
3 oz. Riunite Lambrusco
Squeeze & Drop (1) clementine or (1) half small orange
2 dashes lemon or orange bitters
Garnish mint sprig and blackberry

Ranch Water

Inspired by the Ranch Water from Ranch 616…this is an easy portable drink for a pool party…no cup required!!

  • 1.5 ounces, 100% Agave Tequila, preferably a silver or reposado
  • juicey lime wedge
  • Topo Chico, 12 oz. ice cold and in the bottle

Open Topo Chico. Drink off about 2 ounces.

Top with Tequila.

Squeeze in the lime.

Enjoy!

Spicy Don Julio Paloma

  •     Cucmber slices
  •     Jalepeno slices
  •     1oz fresh grapefruit juice
  •     1oz fresh lime juice
  •     1oz agave nectar
  •     2oz 100% agave silver tequila Don Julio
  •     Fresca
  •     Jalapeno and lime wheel garnish

In a shaker, muddle cucumber and jalapeno—with or without seeds depending on how spicy you like it—add juices, agave and tequila. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda (Fresca). Garnish.
