Rosé-Rita

  • 1  1/2 oz still rosé wine
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 3/4 oz silver tequila, 100% agave
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz strawberry juice
  • salted rim

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over new ice into a coup glass with salted rim.

Garnish with strawberry!

XO Cafe Milkshake

TequilaXOMilkshakeMade in honor of the Seahawks’ 2015 trip to the Super Bowl. (See also, Texas Sweet Tea Party.)

  • 2 oz Patron XO Cafe
  • 1 oz Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve up. Garnish with Raspberries and Mint!

 

Z Pepe Anejo Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Z Pepe Anejo Tequila
  • Lime Wedge
  • Grapefruit Wedge (optional)
  • ½ oz Agave Nectar
  • 2-3 dashes Fee Brother’s Grapefruit Bitters

PAMA Margarita

  • 1.0 oz PAMA
  • 1.0 oz Reposado Tequila (like Lunazul)
  • .25 oz fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz agave nectar
  • .5 oz fresh orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.  Ice and shake until well chilled.  Serve up or on the rocks.

Pablo’s Daughter

  • 1 oz PAMA
  • 1 oz Blanco Tequila (like Lunazul)
  • .5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1.0 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 2.0 oz club soda

Combine all ingredients except club soda in a mixing tin, ice and shake until well chilled. Fill a Collins glass with ice and strain cocktail into glass. Top with club soda, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

Fresh Bloody Mary

  • 2 peppers, spice level is up to you
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 oz Vodka, Gin or Tequila
  • 4 oz Fresh Tomato Juice (blend fresh tomatoes in a blender)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 oz Worcestershire
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Celery Salt
  • Lemon Wedge for garnish
  • Celery Stalk or Cucumber spear for garnish

Muddle peppers & horseradish at bottom of glass. Add all the remaining ingredients except the garnish, and fill the glass with ice. Roll the drink, pouring it a few times back and forth between another mixing glass or shaker tin to chill. Strain the contents on to fresh ice in a pint glass. Garnish!
