1.5 oz Dripping Springs Artisan Gin
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
Sparkling wine or champagne
Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup together with ice. Strain and top with sparkling wine or champagne.
In a shaker combine Grand Marnier & Cranberry Juice. Shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine such as Champagne, Cava or Prosecco.

…and as of recently, the release of Grand Marnier Cherry, has me experimenting this year with a flavor twist. Just sub for the original Grand Mariner!!

Build drink in glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
In a mixing glass, shake cognac, Cointreau, Maraschino liqueur, and lemon juice with ice to chill. Strain into a large chilled cocktail glass and fill with champagne. Garnish with the flamed orange peel.
In a Champagne flute, pour 1 oz Pama. Top with Cava.
Can also serve on the rocks and garnish with a mint!
