Pisco Sour

  • 2oz Pisco
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White*
  • Angostura Bitters, garnish

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with several drops of Angostura bitters, or spray the top with bitters from a Misto.

*consuming raw or undercooked eggs can result in food borne illness.

Ultimate Peruvian Margarita

  • 1 oz. Pisco (Pisco Porton)
  • 1 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1/2oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. simple syrup

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime and orange wedge.
