Negroni by Bohanan’s for SACC 2016 Wall Calendar


  • 1 oz Bulldog Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Cinzano Sweet Vermouth

Pour over ice, stir until chilled and garnish with orange peel.

Army and Navy Cocktail

  • 2 oz. Treaty Oak Waterloo Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Orgeat (Almond Syrup- B.G. Reynolds brand works well)
  • Lemon Twist for Garnish

Combine the Treaty Oak Waterloo gin, lemon juice, and orgeat in a mixing glass and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

Cider Breeze

700 mL Texas Keeper No. 1 Cider

100mL gin

100mL elderflower cordial

Garnish with lime and apple

Fresh Bloody Mary

  • 2 peppers, spice level is up to you
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 oz Vodka, Gin or Tequila
  • 4 oz Fresh Tomato Juice (blend fresh tomatoes in a blender)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 oz Worcestershire
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Celery Salt
  • Lemon Wedge for garnish
  • Celery Stalk or Cucumber spear for garnish

Muddle peppers & horseradish at bottom of glass. Add all the remaining ingredients except the garnish, and fill the glass with ice. Roll the drink, pouring it a few times back and forth between another mixing glass or shaker tin to chill. Strain the contents on to fresh ice in a pint glass. Garnish!

Moody Julep

  • 2 oz Moody June Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • Club soda
  • Lime wheel

Muddle mint and parsley together in shaker. Add Moody June, lime juice, simple syrup and ice, shake. Strain and serve over ice cubes.  Top with club soda. Garnish with lime wheel.

Waterloo Antique Gin Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Waterloo Antique Gin
  • 1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange peel

Add ice to a rocks glass and pour 2 oz. Waterloo Antique, simple syrup and bitters. Stir gently and rim the glass with orange peel to release the essential oils. Drop orange peel in glass and serve.
