Negroni by Bohanan’s for SACC 2016 Wall Calendar

  • 1 oz Bulldog Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Cinzano Sweet Vermouth

Pour over ice, stir until chilled and garnish with orange peel.

Kinsman Negroni

1 oz Kinsman Rakia

1 oz Campari

1 oz Vermouth

Combine in a mixing glass with ice.  Stir and strain into a coupe and garnish with a flamed orange zest.

Dripping Springs Negroni

1.5 oz Dripping Springs Artisan Gin

1.5 oz Campari

¾ oz Sweet Vermouth

Garnish with an orange twist

Paula’s Dolce Amaro

  • 1 ½ oz Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur
  • 1 tsp Campari
  • ¼ oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Sparkling Water

Stir together over ice, garnish with an orange slice.

Right Hand

  • 1 1/2oz Bacardi 8
  • 3/4oz Noilly Pratt sweet vermouth
  • 3/4oz Campari
  • 2 dashes of Chef Heather’s chocolate bitters

Stirred with ice and strained into cocktail glass. Cherry garnish.
