Tequila Lime Punch


  • peels from 8 limes
  • 1.5 cups of superfine, RAW sugar
  • 1.5 cups boiling filtered water
  • 10 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz fresh orange juice
  • 2, 750ml bottles 100% Agave Tequila, Reposado Preferred

Muddle lime rind & sugar, let sit for a couple hours and continue to muddle when you think about it.
add boiling water to create a syrup
add lime & orange juice
strain out the lemon peels
add tequila and let steep overnight
serve in large punch bowl with one giant ice cube*
add about a 1-3 cups of chilled sparkling water to taste
serve in coupe glasses
Orange slice garnish

*note: to create a 1.5 quart ice cube, fill a milk carton with water, freeze, tear away cardboard just before serving

Super “punch” Bowl

A twist on a Paloma cocktail. This is a fun and refreshing punch that will please a crowd.

  • 2 parts 100% Agave Silver Tequila
  • 4 parts fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 4 parts fresca, tonic or club soda
  • 1 part orange brandy (Grand Marnier)
  • garnish the punch bowl with lime wheels

Place all ingredients into a festive punch bowl with very large ice cubes*

To serve, use festive cups filled with ice.

*to make a large ice cube, use a clean milk carton. fill with water, freeze and tear away carton when ready to use.

Margarita Party Punch

  •  I Liter of Tequila
  • .5 Liter of Triple Sec
  • 4 Quarts of Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 1 Quart of Ginger Ale
  • Half Gallon Life Sherbert

In a punch bowl combine tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour, and ginger ale. Float sherbert on top.
