Pineapple Daiquiri Punch

In a pitcher combine 12 oz. Mt. Gay rum, 4 oz. Liber & Co. pineapple gum syrup, 4 oz. lime juice, 12 dashes bitters and 8 oz. club soda. Stir and pour into Tiki mugs filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

The Daywalker Punch

  • Ruby Red Grapefruit & Lemon Oleo Saccharum (4 Grapefruit peels and 6 Lemon peels in 16 oz sugar, 8 cinnamon sticks, 15 Cloves, and 6 Star Anise pods… muddle and let sit for 1 hour)
  • 2 L Bombay Sapphire
  • 2 L Rooibos Red Tea
  • .5 L Bacardi 8-year
  • .5 L Benedictine
  • .5 L Red Grapefruit juice
  • .5 L Ginger juice
  • .25 L Lemon juice
  • Around 4 oz Peychaud’s bitters (to taste)
  • Topped with Rosé Champagne (to taste)

Spiced Rum Milk Punch

  • 2 oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon powered sugar
  • Crushed ice
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Rum, milk, and sugar with ice cubes and shake until frothy, about one minute. Strain into a double-old fashioned glass with crushed ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.

The Best Rum Punch

 Created by a Rastafarian Bartender named Elvis, from a Bar on the beach in Aguilla

  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce guava juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 3 dashes of angostura bitters
  • 3 ounces of Aged Rum (Mt Gay, Bacardi, Flor de Cana)
  • barspoon of Amaretto

Stir or shake with ice and add an Amaretto floater and top with freshly grated nutmeg.

Gee Punch

  • 1oz Orange
  • 1oz Grapefruit
  • 1/2oz Lime
  • 1/2oz Falernum
  • 1oz Dark Aged Rum
  • 1oz White Rum
  • 1 dash Angostura
  • 1 dash Peychaud

Build drink in chilled pilsner glass over crushed ice. Top with bitters.

Black Planters Punch

  • 3 oz Captain Morgan Black Rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1/4 teaspoon superfine sugar
