Vesper Martini

  • 4oz gin
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
  • Lemon Peel Garnish

Shaken- not stirred. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Hendricks Martini

  • 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • Angosutra Bitters

Stir together 2 oz gin, 1 oz Lillet Blanc and 2 dashes of bitters and strain up into martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Black Martini

  • 2/3 oz Gin
  • 1/3 oz Black Sambuca

Pour ingredients over ice. Shake gently. Strain into cocktail glass.

Absinthe Martini

  •  2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1/8 tsp Absinthe

Stir with ice. Strain into a ice cold martini glass. Highly recommend an onion stuffed olive.

Traditional Martini

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Olive

Stir gin and vermouth over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, add the olive, and serve.

Dry Martini

  • 1 2/3 oz Gin
  • 1/3 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Olive

Stir gin and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, add the olive, and serve.
