2 oz Texas Keeper GoldRush Cider;

1 oz whiskey (or bourbon)

Add crushed ice and top with ginger beer.

Seeing Dublin


  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • ½ oz Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur
  • ½ Paula’s Texas Lemon Liqueur
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Lemon and Orange Twists

Build drink over ice in rocks glass, rim with orange and lemon twists, enjoy!

Moonshine Mojito

  • 2 oz Fitch’s Goat Moonshine
  • 3 fresh mint sprigs
  • 1.5 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz club soda, chilled

Place 2 mint sprigs, lime juice, and simple syrup in shaker and press gently against the mint with the back of a spoon to release the oils. Add Fitch’s Goat Moonshine, ice and shake unti chilled. Fill glass with ice and strain. Top with club soda and garnish with mint.

Fitch’s Old Fashioned

  • 3 oz Fitch’s Goat 100% Corn Whiskey
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • 1 tsp water / or soda water
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Place sugar cube in Old Fashioned glass.  muddle the bitters and water into sugar.  Fill glass with ice, add Fitch’s Goat.  Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

Red-Handed Bourbon Mint Julep

  • 2 oz Red Handed Bourbon
  • 3⁄4 oz Mint simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 4-5 sprigs Fresh mint

In a julep style glass, add crushed ice to the top and add Red Handed Bourbon. Top with mint syrup. Garnish with mint and serve.

Mint simple syrup – Add one cup sugar to one cup water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, then add roughly 1⁄2 oz of mint (one bunch). Let stand for 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool prior to adding to cocktails.

Red-Handed Bourbon Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Red Handed Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange peel

Add ice to a rocks glass and pour 2 oz. Red Handed, simple syrup and bitters. Stir gently
and rim the glass with orange peel to release the essential oils. Drop orange peel in glass and serve.
