SpiZy Pepe


  • 1 1/2 ounces Z Tequila Blanco tequila
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican hot sauce such as Cholula
  • 1 ounce Tomato Juice or Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

Fill a 10-ounce glass with ice. Scatter salt on the ice; pour in the tequila, hot sauce, tomato and lemon juice. Garnish with lemon, celery, olives or garnish of choice and serve immediately.

Z-alty Pepe


  • 2 cups freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice from about 4 grapefruits
  • 1 cup Z Tequila Blanco
  • 2 cups tonic water, chilled
  • Margarita salt
  • Angostura bitters

In a large pitcher, combine grapefruit juice and tequila. Add tonic and fill pitcher with ice. Stir gently to combine.

Rim 4 glasses with salt. Divide cocktail between glasses, adding 2 dashes of bitters to each glass. Serve immediately.

E-Z Paloma

Fizzy Paloma 300

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 ounces Z Tequila Reposado
  • Freshly Squeezed juice from:
    • 1 lime
    • 1 small orange
    • 1 small pink grapefruit
  • 4 ounces grapefruit Italian soda
  • Dash of Sugar or Agave nectar to taste
  • Garnish: Lime wheel

Fill a large glass mug with ice. Add salt, tequila, lime, orange, and grapefruit juice. Stir gently. Top off with grapefruit soda, sweeten to taste and garnish with lime wheel.

Paula’s DIY Margarita


  • 12 oz Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur
  • 12 oz Z Tequila
  • 4 oz Lime Juice
  • 8 oz Simple Syrup
  • 32 oz Water

Stir all ingredients together, ladle into half-pint canning jars. Place in freezer, allow two to three hours to freeze. Makes enough to fill one dozen jars. Enjoy!

Paula’s Margarita



  • 1 oz Paula’s Texas Orange
  • 1 oz Z Tequila
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • 1/z oz Water

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  • 2 parts Blood Orange Italian Soda
  • 2 parts Ruby Red Grapefruit Italian Soda
  • 1 part 100% Pure Agave Z Tequila Blanco

 Mix well, pour over ice and garnish with fruit of your choice
