700 mL Texas Keeper No. 1 Cider

100mL gin

100mL elderflower cordial

Garnish with lime and apple

Moody Julep

  • 2 oz Moody June Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • Club soda
  • Lime wheel

Muddle mint and parsley together in shaker. Add Moody June, lime juice, simple syrup and ice, shake. Strain and serve over ice cubes.  Top with club soda. Garnish with lime wheel.

Waterloo Antique Gin Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Waterloo Antique Gin
  • 1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange peel

Add ice to a rocks glass and pour 2 oz. Waterloo Antique, simple syrup and bitters. Stir gently and rim the glass with orange peel to release the essential oils. Drop orange peel in glass and serve.

Waterloo Antique Escopeta Julep

  • 2 oz Waterloo Antique Gin
  • 3⁄4 oz Mint simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 4-5 sprigs Fresh mint

In a julep style glass, add crushed ice to the top and add Waterloo Antique. Top with mint syrup. Garnish with mint and serve.

Mint simple syrup – Add one cup sugar to one cup water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, then add roughly 1⁄2 oz of mint (one bunch). Let stand for 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool prior to adding to cocktails.

Waterloo Southside

  • 2 oz Waterloo Gin
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 3⁄4 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz Club soda
  • 8 Mint leaves

Muddle mint, lime juice, and simple syrup in a glass. Add Waterloo gin and shake. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge.

Strawberry Lime Rickey


  • 2 ounces Waterloo Gin (or other gin)
  • 3 large, ripe strawberries
  • ½ lime, cut into quarters
  • ¼ to ½ simple syrup
  • Lime wheel, for garnish
  • Strawberry Slice, for garnish

In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the strawberries, lime wedges and simple syrup. Adjust the amount of syrup depending on the sweetness of your strawberries. Add the gin and shake vigorously with ice to chill. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with the lime wheel and strawberry slice.
