- 2 oz Red Handed Bourbon
- 3⁄4 oz Mint simple syrup (recipe below)
- 4-5 sprigs Fresh mint
In a julep style glass, add crushed ice to the top and add Red Handed Bourbon. Top with mint syrup. Garnish with mint and serve.
Mint simple syrup – Add one cup sugar to one cup water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, then add roughly 1⁄2 oz of mint (one bunch). Let stand for 15 minutes. Strain and allow to cool prior to adding to cocktails.
