Lem’n’Tonic

  • 1 oz Paula’s Texas Lemon
  • 1 oz Gin or Vodka
  • 3 oz Tonic

Mix over ice in tall glass, garnish with lemon wedge and fresh herbs if desired.

Texas Lemon Drop Martini

  • 1 oz Paula’s Texas Lemon
  • 1 oz Dripping Springs Vodka

Shake over ice in shaker cup, strain into chilled cocktail glass, sugar rim optional!

Austin Cosmo

  • 1½ oz Dripping Springs Vodka
  • ½ oz Paula’s Texas Orange
  • 2 oz 100% Juice (no sugar added) Cranberry Juice

Shake over ice in shaker cup, strain into chilled cocktail glass

Paula’s DIY Margarita

  • 12 oz Paula’s Texas Orange Liqueur
  • 12 oz Z Tequila
  • 4 oz Lime Juice
  • 8 oz Simple Syrup
  • 32 oz Water

Stir all ingredients together, ladle into half-pint canning jars. Place in freezer, allow two to three hours to freeze. Makes enough to fill one dozen jars. Enjoy!

  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • 1/z oz Water

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Damnation Tea

  • 1 oz Paula’s Texas Lemon Liqueur
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Black Tea
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 5-6 dashes Bad Dog Bar Craft Fire and Damnation Bitters

Build over ice in a tall glass.
